RULES

for providing the candidate to municipality membership, authorized representatives of political parties, political party blocs with signature sheets by the Constituency Election Commission in Municipal Elections

Issuing signature sheets for the collection of voters signatures in support of the candidate shall commence since the day of submission of the decision that approves the nomination of the candidate to municipality membership to the candidate or the authorized representative by the Constituency Election Commission (Con.EC).
Signature sheets shall be prepared in the form implied in Appendices # 3 and 3 a made  to Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereafter referred to as Election Code) (Appendices # 2 and 2a made to Rules).
While submitting signature sheets to the candidate or the authorized representative, upper right corner of each signature sheet shall be sealed by the Con.EC stamp.
Pursuant to the sample approved by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an act on the issuance of signature sheets to the candidate or the authorized representative shall be compiled in two copies. After being signed by the Con.EC Chairman, candidate or the authorized representative, the compiled act shall be approved by the stamp of the commission.
The act on the reception of signature sheets shall contain the surname, name, patronymic of the candidate or the authorized representative, as well as the Con.EC Chairman, the type and number of the submitted signature sheets.
After the compiled act is signed and sealed, then its one copy shall be preserved at the Con.EC, another copy shall be submitted to the candidate or the authorized representative together with signature sheets.
