DECISION

of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of “Calendar Plan for the basic activities and measures on the preparation and conduct of Municipal Elections in the Republic of Azerbaijan”

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) adopted decision on the appointment of the following Municipal Elections in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In the aim of providing election subjects with methodical assistance during the conduct of Municipal Elections, implementing the activities implied by Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan by them, as well as simplifying their activity in the election process, there caused necessity for the approval of “Calendar Plan for the basic activities and measures on the preparation and conduct of Municipal Elections in the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
Adopting the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 25.3 and 211 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:

1. “Calendar Plan for the basic activities and measures on the preparation and conduct of Municipal Elections in the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be approved.
2. The decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
