According to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 30 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commmission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:

Seyfaddin Maharlam oghlu Mustafayev for Nasimi first Con.EC # 21, Kamal Mahmud oghlu Huseynov for Surakhani second Con.EC # 31, Agil Aldos oghlu Bayramov for Nasimi second Con.EC # 22, Nuraddin Anvar oghlu Ismayilov for Sumgayit third Con.EC # 43, Fuad Arif oghlu Shahbazov for Shirvan Con.EC # 46, Bahram Mirzaagha oghlu Aliyev for Guba Con.EC # 52, Semur Nizam oghlu Abbasov for Aghjabadi-Aghdam Con.EC # 83, Sarvar Shamil oghlu Ibrahimbayli for Barda village Con.EC # 94, Gulnara Maharram gizi Maharramova for Shamkir village Con.EC # 99 shall be appointed member with decisive right at relevant Con.ECs.
