Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) conducted its session headed by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on November 5, 2007.
Firstly, session minutes adopted by the Commission, dated on May 21 and July 18, 2007 were approved.
Later, CEC adopted decision on making amendments in the composition of Binagadi second Con.EC # 9, Azizbayov first Con.EC # 13, Narimanov-Nizami Con.EC # 18, Surakhani third Con.EC # 32, Absheron Con.EC # 45, Salyan Con.EC # 59, Masalli village Con.EC # 71, Ismayilli Con.EC # 86, Zagatala Con.EC # 110 and Zagatala-Balakan Con.EC # 111.
CEC also considered current issues.
At the CEC session, representatives of IFES (International Foundation for Election Systems), Baku office of OSCE and mass media also took part.
