Legal, organizational-methodical, analytic-informational, documentation, publication, financial-technical, social-welfare and other providence of the function of Central Election Commission shall be implemented by the Apparatus.

Secretariat of Central Election Commission organizes the joint function of the Apparatus with mutual relations of departments and other structures.
Structure of the Secretariat of Central Election Commission, staff personnel and salaries of personnel shall be defined in the amount limits allocated by the state budget of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Rights, duties and responsibilities of the personnel of Central Election Commission shall be defined by the Regulation approved by Central Election Commission with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
