on making amendments in the composition of lachin constituency election (referendum) commission # 121
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 30 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election (Referendum) Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
Nofel Shahma oghlu Ismayilov shall be appointed to the post of a member with decisive right of Lachin Con.EC # 121.
