I, Nizami Nadirov, member of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan have compiled this protocol with the participation of Hasan Kerimov, authorized representative "Movement for Garabagh and Republic" referendum campaign group because I invited the authorized representative Hasan Kerimov to the Central Election Commission related to his application addressed to the CEC on 30 January 2009.
During the investigation, authorized representative Hasan Kerimov was informed on his rights to present additional evidences on the application and to take part in the investigation. Hasan Kerimov stated that he had no any evidences to present on the concrete facts as the information indicated in the application by him had been conveyed to him by phone. During the investigation, Hasan Kerimov informed that as the signature sheets of "Movement for Garabagh and Republic" referendum campaign group represented by him had been accepted to execution by the CEC, there is not any complaint on the application.
