Note:
1. Providing with free airtime commences on September 17, 2008 and ends on October 13, 2008.
2. “Round table” is organized on TV at 18.50 and on radio at 21.00 providing that each candidate shall be allocated with airtime for 8 minutes 35 seconds on TV three times and on radio three times during the week.
3. When conducting “Round table”, the rule for using the airtime allocated for each candidate is implemented according to the conclusion of the user.
