DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the approval of Mr. Michail Rahman oghlu Rahimov appointed by Whole Azerbaijan Popular Front Party as a member having consultative right at Central Election Commission in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed to October 15, 2008
Mr. Michail Rahman oghlu Rahimov was appointed member having consultative right at Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) byWhole Azerbaijan Popular Front Party, the candidate of which has been registered in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be conducted on October 15, 2008 and for the approval of the membership of this person, relevant documents were submitted to the CEC.
CEC conducted relevant investigation related on this in time and case implied by legislation and determined bases for approving this person as a member having consultative right.
Adopting the above-mentioned as a basis, pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 21.1-21.3, 28.2, 28.4 and 182.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
1. Mr. Michail Rahman oghlu Rahimov appointed by Whole Azerbaijan Popular Front Party, the candidate of which has been registered in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be conducted on October 15, 2008 shall be approved as a member having consultative right at the CEC.
2. The decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
