DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the appointment of agents of Mr. Gudrat Muzaffar oghlu Hasanguliyev, registered candidate in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed to October 15, 2008

In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed to October 15, 2008, Whole Azerbaijani Popular Front Party the candidate of which has been registered, appointed agents of registered candidate Mr. Gudrat Muzaffar oghlu Hasanguliyev by Decision # 2 of the session by Executive Board on September 18, 2008.
Presentation on the appointment of agents together with the documents to be attached to it were submitted to CEC by the authorized representative of the party on September 20, 2008 for the registration of agents.
CEC conducted investigation in period and case defined by legislation and determined bases for registration of these persons.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 72 and 186 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed to October 15, 2008, the following persons shall be registered as agents Mr. Gudrat Muzaffar oghlu Hasanguliyev, who has been registered after being nominated by Whole Azerbaijani Popular Front Party:
