DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the adoption of the “Rules for the accreditation of the organizations conducting “exit- poll” in elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Pursuant to Article 25.2.23 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) implements the accreditation of the organizations conducting “exit-poll” and determines the rules for accrediting these organizations.
In the aim of determining the rules for accrediting the organizations conducting “exit-poll”, as well as pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.2.23, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. The “Rules for the accreditation of the organizations conducting “exit-poll” in elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan" shall be adopted.
2. The decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
