DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the registration of the agents by Mr. Fazil Gazanfar oghlu Mustafayev, registered candidate to presidency in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008
In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, “Boyuk Gurulush” Party the candidate of which has been registered, appointed agents of registered candidate Mr. Fazil Gazanfar oghlu Mustafayev by Decision of the session # 8 by Ali Mejlis on September 14, 2008.
Presentation on the appointment of agents together with the documents to be attached to it were submitted to CEC by the authorized representative of the party on September 17, 2008 for the registration of agents.
CEC conducted investigation in period and case defined by legislation and determined bases for registration of these persons.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 72 and 186 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, the following persons shall be registered as agents Mr. Fazil Gazanfar oghlu Mustafayev, who has been registered after being nominated by “Boyuk Gurulush” Party:
