DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the appointment of the following persons as agents
In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, the New Azerbaijani Party the candidate of which has been registered, appointed agents of registered candidate Mr. Ilham Heydar oghlu Aliyev by Decision # 27 of the session by Executive Board on September 5, 2008.
Presentation on the appointment of agents together with the documents to be attached to it were submitted to CEC by the authorized representative of the party on September 5, 2008 for the registration of agents.
CEC conducted investigation in period and case defined by legislation and determined bases for registration of these persons.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 72 and 186 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, the following persons shall be registered as agents Mr. Ilham Heydar oghlu Aliyev, who has been registered after being nominated by the New Azerbaijan Party:
- Chingiz Akif oghlu Abdullayev, Secretary of Azerbaijan Union of Writers;
- Kamal Mehdi oghlu Abdullayev, Rector of Baku Slavic University;
- Kamal Mehman oghlu Abdullayev, Head of Chair at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy;

- Rovshan Shukur oghlu Rzayev, Deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Anar Resul oghlu Rzayev, Chair of Azerbaijan Union of Writers;
- Bakhtiyar Yusif oghlu Sadighov, Deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

- Mikhail Yuryevich Zabelin, Deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. This decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
