on the appointment of the following persons as members having decisive right

According to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 30 of Election Code of the Republic of Firudin Huseyn oghlu Javadov for Sharur Con.EC # 2, Tahir Durar oghlu Alakbarov for Nizami second (Ganja) Con.EC # 38,  Mirrahman Mirnaghi oghlu Azizov for Masalli city Con.EC # 70 and Chichek Kochari gizi Alasgarova for Tartar Con.EC # 95 shall be appointed members having decisive rights of the relevant Con.ECs.
