DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the formation of Press Group in new composition under Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan
By Decision # 18/108 of CEC, Press Group was formed under CEC in order to observe identified rules for the conduct of pre-election campaign in mass media. By Decision 53-III QR of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on February 7, 2006, there caused necessity to form this group in new composition at the present in the aim of re-forming of CEC, substituting some officials of CEC Secretariat who had been included in the group.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis, pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 74.5 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and items # 1 and 2.1 of “Regulation on the Press Group under Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to observe the rules for the conduct of pre-election (pre-referenda) campaign in mass media” CEC decides:
1. Press Group shall be formed under CEC in the following composition for the conduct of pre-election campaign in mass media:

CEC Secretary: Natig Mammadov
