DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on early dismiss of the following persons from the post of a member having decisive right of Constituency Election Commission
According to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 22.3.1, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
Fikret Mirzeli oghlu Imanov from Julfa-Babek Con.EC # 6, Ramiz Veli oghlu Garayev from Jalilabad-Masalli-Bilasuvar Con.EC # 69, Ziya Rahim oghlu Gasimov from Masalli city Con.EC # 70, Adil Aghahuseyn oghlu Aghayev from Zardab-Ujar Con.EC # 92, Niyazi Shahin oghlu Valiyev from Tartar Con.EC # 95 and Ibrahim Adil oghlu Gasimov from Shamkir-Dashkesen Con.EC # 100 shall be early dismissed from the post of a member having decisive rights of the relevant Con.ECs.
