DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the text, format, number and rule for the preparation of notifications on informing voters on the place and time of the voting
Pursuant to Articles 104.1 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Precinct Election Commissions shall inform voters on the place and time of the voting.
Pursuant to the the rule for preparing notifications, their number, requirements for the preparation shall be approved by CEC decision at least 40 days prior to the voting day and prepared in the publishing house in the defined format and number.
Taking the above-mentioned as basis, pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.2.6, 25.2.11, 28.2, 28.4 and 104.1 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and item # 3 of “Rules for the distribution (deliverance) of notifications on the place and time of the voting to voters in elections (referenda) conducted in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, CEC decides:
1. The format and text of the notification on informing the voters on the place and time of the voting in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan, appointed on October 15, 2008 shall be approved (the form shall be attached).
2. Number of the notifications on informing voters on the place and time of the voting shall be defined as 5 000 000 and prepared at the press of the Apparatus of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
3. The decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
