DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the number and rule for the preparation of final protocols of election commissions on the voting results
Pursuant to Articles 100.1-100.6 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, rule for the preparation of voting protocols, their text and format, number, preparation requirements shall be approved at latest 45 days prior to the voting day by Decision of Central Election Commission (CEC) and prepared in relevant case at latest 30 days prior to the voting day.
Text and format of the samples of final protocols by Constituency and Precinct Election Commissions on the voting results related to the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan were determined by Comments approved by CEC Decisions # 9/39-4 and Decision # 9/39-5, dated on August 7, 2008.
Protocols of relevant election commissions on the voting results shall be successively one-by-one numbered pursuant to format and texts of the samples defined by CEC, as well as the number of current electoral bodies, their series shall be indicated, each copy of them shall be in the form of booklet of carbonized paper in different colors and shall consist of 3 copies, as well as 30 unnumbered and uncarbonized papers shall be prepared in the press of the Apparatus of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan for each election commission.
Taking the above-mentioned as basis, pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.2.6, 25.2.11, 28.2, 28.4 and 100 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. Related to the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan, protocols of relevant election commissions on the voting results shall be successively one-by-one numbered pursuant to format and texts of the samples defined by CEC, as well as the number of current electoral bodies, their series shall be indicated, each copy of them shall be in the form of booklet of carbonized paper in different colors and shall consist of 3 copies, as well as 30 unnumbered and uncarbonized papers shall be prepared in the press of the Apparatus of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan for each election commission.
2. The decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
