DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the registration of authorized representatives and authorized representatives on financial issues of the candidate, political parties, political party blocs, campaign groups on referendums
In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, by Decisions # 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 and 1/6 of the session by Ali Majlis of “Boyuk Gurulush” Party which nominated candidate, authorized representatives and authorized representatives, and by Fikret Taghi oghlu Ahadov nominated on his own initiative, an authorized representative was appointed and relevant documents for the registration of these persons were submitted to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC).
CEC conducted investigation in time and case implied by legislation related on this and determined bases for registering these persons.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 52 and 53 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and to the item # 1.1 of “Instruction on the status of authorized representatives of the candidate, political parties, blocs of political parties, campaign groups on referendum”, CEC decides:
1. In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, the following persons shall be registered as authorized representatives and authorized representatives on financial issues of Azerbaijan “Boyuk Gurulush” Party:
1.1. Authorized representatives:
- Abbas Ganbar oghlu Novruzov;
- Bakhsheyish Mammad oghlu Asgarov;
- Ayaz Viladdin oghlu Afandiyev.
1.2. Authorized representatives on financial issues:
- Gasim Rza oghlu Sheykhov;
- Elshan Bahman oghlu Nabiyev.
- Baybala Ashraf oghlu Aliyev, assistant chairman of Azerbaijan “Umid” Party.
2. Elmir Bakhsheli oghlu Hasanli shall be registered as authorized representative of Fikret Taghi oghlu Ahadov, candaite to presidency.
3. This decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
