DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of the candidacy of Mr. Ali Isa Haji  oghlu Aghaevli

Mr. Ali Isa Haji oghlu Aghaevli nominated his candidacy on his own initiative in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be conducted on October 15, 2008.
The documents for the approval of candidate nomination were submitted to the CEC on August 15, 2008.
CEC conducted investigation related to this in period and case defined by legislation and determined the bases for the approval of nominated candidacy.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis, pursuant to Articles 56 and 100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 53 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:

1. Candidacy of Mr. Ali Isa Haji oghlu Aghaevli, nominated on his own initiative in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on  October 15, 2008 shall be approved.
