DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the approval of the appointment of Mr. Aydin Boyukkishi oghlu Mirzezade as a member having consultative right at Central Election Commission
In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, Mr. Aydin Boyukkishi oghlu Mirzezade, Deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan was appointed a member having consultative right at Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by the New Azerbaijan Party whose candidate has been registered and relevant documents were submitted to the CEC for the approval of the membership of this person.
CEC conducted investigation in time and case implied by legislation related on this and determined bases for the approval of this person as a member having consultative right.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 21.1-21.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, Mr. Aydin Boyukkishi oghlu Mirzezade, Deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan who has been appointed a member having consultative right by the New Azerbaijan Party shall be approved as a member having consultative right at the CEC.
2. This decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
