DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the registration of Mr. Muzaffar Giyas oghlu Bakhishov as an authorized representative in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Mr. Muzaffar Giyas oghlu Bakhishov, Member of College of Lawyers of the Republic of Azerbaijan was appointed authorized representative by Mr. Gulamhuseyn Surkhay oghlu Alibayli nominated to presidency on his own initiative in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed to October 15, 2008 and relevant documents for the registration of this person were submitted to the CEC.
CEC conducted investigation related on this in period and case implied by legislation and determined bases for registering this person.
Adopting the above-mentioned as a basis, pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 53 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, item # 1.1. of “Instruction on the status of authorized representatives of the candidate, political parties, blocs of political parties and campaign groups on referendum in elections (referendum) in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
1. Mr. Muzaffar Giyas oghlu Bakhishov, Member of College of Lawyers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be registered as authorized representative of Mr. Gulamhuseyn Surkhay oghlu Alibayli, candidate to presidency in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan, appointed on October 15, 2008.
2. The decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
