DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the adoption of some instructions by Central Election Commission
During the period while Election Code of the Republic was in force by regulating election relations via this law in the Republic of Azerbaijan after the adoption of Election Code on May 27, 2003, it has been made many appendixes and amendments because of the necessity of coordinating election relations that have been speedily developed by Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on November 11, 2003, June 8, October 12 and December 30,2004, March 4, June 14 and June 28, 2005, June 16, 2007, June 2, 2008.
At the present there it was caused necessity for the adoption of some instructions with the aim of improving base of normative acts for the preparation and conduct of elections (referendum), as well as regulating some relations and some appendixes, amendments made to legislation.
Adopting the above-mentioned as a basis, pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
1. The following normative acts shall be adopted:
1.1 Instruction on the status of the members of election (referendum) commissions having consultative rights (Decisions # 9/39-1);
1.2 List of the ID documents used on the voting day in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Decision # 9/39-2);
1.3 Comment on the application of “Guidelines for Election Day” booklet in the activity of Precinct Election Commissions in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Decision # 9/39-3);
1.4 Comment on the rules for completing final protocol of Precinct Election Commission on the voting results in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Decision # 9/39-4);
1.5 Comment on the rule for completing final protocol of Constituency Election Commissions on the voting results in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Decision # 9/39-5).
2. The normative acts regulating election relations and adopted for the preparation and conduct of the relevant elections (referendum) shall be considered out of force.3. This decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
