DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of Calendar Plan for basic activities and measures for the preparation and conduct of  Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan

In the aim of performing the activities implied by Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan by election officials related to the conduct of Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan and providing methodical assistance to their activity in election process, according to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 25.3 and 178 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:

1. “Calendar Plan for basic activities and measures for the preparation and conduct of  Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on October 15, 2008” shall be approved.
2. The Calendar Plan shall be published.
3. The decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
