DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the registration of authorized representatives and authorized representatives on financial issues of the candidate, political parties, political party blocs, campaign groups on referendums
In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008,
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 97 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and to the item # 1.2 of “Regulation on control-inspection service under Central Election Commission”, CEC decides:
1. Control-inspection service shall be established under Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
Ramiz Ibrahimov – CEC Commissioner
Tofig Hasanov – CEC Commissioner
Rovshan Ismayilov – CEC Commissioner
Rasim Gasimov – Head of Finance Department of CEC SecretariatRepresentative of the Ministry for Finance of the Republic of AzerbaijanRepresentative of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Representative of Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Representative of National Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. Mr. Ramiz Ibrahimov, CEC Commissioner shall be appointed head of the control-inspection service.
3. This decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication
