DECISION
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the establishment of control-inspection service under Central Election
In order to ensure control upon the usage on determination of monetary fund allocated for election commissions, accurate registration of election funds and their usage, sources of entering for monetary funds, control-inspection service was established in the composition consisting of commissioners of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC), specialists of the Ministry for Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan, National Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan pursuant to Article 97 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “Regulation on control-inspection service under Central Election Commission”.
Head of the control-inspection service shall be appointed from members of CEC who have been included in the composition of the service.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 97 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and to the item # 1.2 of “Regulation on control-inspection service under Central Election Commission”, CEC decides:
1. Control-inspection service shall be established under Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
