DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the appointment of the following persons as authorized representatives

In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, the New Azerbaijani Party which nominated candidate to presidency, appointed authorized representatives and authorized representatives on financial issues by Decision of the session # 25 by its staff on August 2, 2008 and submitted relevant documents to the CEC for the registration of these persons.CEC conducted investigation in period and case defined by legislation and determined bases for registration of these persons.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 52 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. In Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008, the following persons shall be registered as authorized representatives and authorized representatives on financial issues of the New Azerbaijan Party:
1.1. Authorized representatives
 - Mr. Ali Javad oghlu Ahmadov, Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijani Party and deputy of the Milli Majlis;
- Mr. Mubariz Gahraman oghlu Gurbanli, Deputy Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijani Party and Deputy of the Milli Majlis.
1.2. Authorized representatives on financial issues
 - Mr. Siyavush Dunyamali oghlu Novruzov, Deputy Executive Secretary of this party and Deputy of the Milli Majlis.
2. This decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
