DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the establishment of the Working Group to check the accuracy of the information included in signature sheets and the documents attached to them
Signature sheets and relevant documents attached to them for the registration of candidates in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008 shall be submitted to the CEC.
Working Group shall be established consisting of the experts from Court Expertise Center of the Ministry for Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from Ministry for Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry for Interior Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, National Register Service of Real Estate of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Computing Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to check the accuracy of the information included in signature sheets and the documents attached to them and one of the CEC members having decisive right shall be appointed head of the Group.
Taking the above-mentioned as a basis and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 59.2 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. Working Group shall be established consisting of the experts from Court Expertise Center of the Ministry for Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from Ministry for Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry for Interior Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, National Register Service of Real Estate of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Computing Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to check the accuracy of the information included in signature sheets and the documents attached to them for the registration of candidates in Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on October 15, 2008.
2. Mr. Ilham Mammadov, CEC Commissioner shall be appointed head of the Group.
3. This decision shall be enforced since the day of its publication.
