Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 239 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and related to repeat, by, new and first-time (newly established municipalities) elections to some municipalities conducted on October 6, 2006 in the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. During the determination of electoral results by Goychay Con.EC #88 in elections to Garamaryam municipality, as only one precinct was taken as a basis though this municipality has 2 precincts, as another precinct was not considered, the Con.EC protocol on voting results on this municipality shall be considered invalid.
2. Determination of electoral returns on this municipality shall be implemented on the protocols of PEC # 8 of Goychay Con.EC # 88 and PEC # 59 of Kalbajar Con.EC # 123 which functioned within the territory of this municipality.
