DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on considering invalid the protocol of Goranboy-Aghdam-Tartar Con.EC # 97
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 239 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and related to repeat, by, new and first-time (newly established municipalities) elections to some municipalities conducted on October 6, 2006 in the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. As incorrect figures were included in the Con.EC protocol unlike the PEC protocol on the voting results during the determination of voting results on Gasimbayli municipality by Goranboy-Aghdam-Tartar Con.EC # 97 which has only one precinct, this protocol of the Con.EC shall be considered invalid.
2. Election results on Gasimbayli municipality shall be defined on the PEC # 17 of Goranboy-Aghdam-Tartar Con.EC # 97.
