DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the rejection of the appeal # 2734
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 40.5 and 40.6 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 2.4 of Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on non-governmental organizations (public unions and funds)”, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
The appeal # 2734, dated on September 14, 2006, entered CEC by Azerbaijan National Committee of Helsinki Civil Assembly related to repeat, by, new and first-time (newly-established municipalities) elections to some municipalities in the Republic of Azerbaijan, appointed for October 6, 2006.
