DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the following notification sample, sample of Act “on providing Precinct Election Commission with de-registration (voting) card forms in Municipal Elections conducted in the Republic of Azerbaijan by Constituency Election Commission” and considering out of force some documents and decisions
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. The sample of the notification on inviting voters to the voting shall be approved and the sample of the notification on inviting voters to the voting, approved by CEC decision # 20/131, dated on September 24, 2004 shall be considered out of force.
2. Sample of Act “on providing Precinct Election Commission with de-registration (voting) card forms in Municipal Elections conducted in the Republic of Azerbaijan by Constituency Election Commission” shall be approved.
3. CEC decision # 14/78 dated on August 19, 2004, CEC decision # 17/109 dated on September 2, 2004 and CEC decision # 38/596 dated on November 10, 2004 shall be considered out of force.
4. Some document forms, approved by CEC decision # 15/92 dated on August 25, 2004 and CEC decision # 16/100 dated on August 28, 2004, shall be considered out of force (the list is attached).
