DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the List “of the identification documents used in election process by the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, stateless persons and foreigners having the right to participate in Municipal Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and considering invalid the List “of the identification documents used in election process by the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan having suffrage pursuant to 1.1.25 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, approved by decision # 3/21 adopted by Central Election Commission, dated on June 21, 2003
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. List “of the identification documents used in election process by the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, stateless persons and foreigners having the right to participate in Municipal Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be approved.
2. List “of the identification documents used in election process by the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan having suffrage pursuant to 1.1.25 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, approved by decision # 3/21 adopted by Central Election Commission, dated on June 21, 2003 shall be considered invalid.
