DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on adding the following semi-item to Instruction “on the rules for candidate nomination by political parties and political party blocs in Municipal Elections”
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
Semi-item “notification compiled separately on the nomination of each candidate (Appendice # 1 made to Instruction). The copy of this notification shall be submitted to the relevant authorized representative by being approved by the Constituency Election Commission pursuant to Article 226.3 of Election Code” shall be added to the item IV of Instruction “on the rules for candidate nomination by political parties and political party blocs in Municipal Elections”, approved by the decision # 28/107 adopted by Central Election Commission, dated on June 7, 2006.
