DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of Instruction “the rules for the distribution of the funds allocated by the state budget among election commission for the preparation and conduct of Municipal Elections and control on the usage on determination of the mentioned allocations” and considering invalid Instruction ”on the rules for the distribution of the funds allocated by the state budget among election commission for the preparation and conduct of Municipal Elections and control on the usage on determination of the mentioned allocations, as well as usage of the allocation entered election funds of registered candidates to municipality membership”
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. Instruction “the rules for the distribution of the funds allocated by the state budget among election commission for the preparation and conduct of Municipal Elections and control on the usage on determination of the mentioned allocations” shall be approved.
2. Instruction ”on the rules for the distribution of the funds allocated by the state budget among election commission for the preparation and conduct of Municipal Elections and control on the usage on determination of the mentioned allocations, as well as usage of the allocation entered election funds of registered candidates to municipality membership” shall be considered invalid.
