DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of Instruction “on the rules for conducting account and registration of specific election accounts, as well as entrance of allocations to election funds of candidates, registered candidates, political parties, political party blocs and the rules for expenditure of the allocations in Municipal Elections” and considering invalid Instruction ” on the rules for conducting account and registration of specific election accounts, as well as entrance of allocations to election funds of candidates, registered candidates, political parties, political party blocs and the rules for expenditure of the allocations in Municipal Elections”, approved by decision # 16/97 adopted by Central Election Commission
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. Instruction “on the rules for conducting account and registration of specific election accounts, as well as entrance of allocations to election funds of candidates, registered candidates, political parties, political party blocs and the rules for expenditure of the allocations in Municipal Elections” shall be approved.
2. Instruction ” on the rules for conducting account and registration of specific election accounts, as well as entrance of allocations to election funds of candidates, registered candidates, political parties, political party blocs and the rules for expenditure of the allocations in Municipal Elections”, approved by decision # 16/97 adopted by Central Election Commission, dated on August 28, 2004 shall be considered invalid.
