DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of Rules “for checking the accuracy of the information in documents submitted during the candidate nomination and registration, as well as in signature sheets by election commissions” and considering invalid the Rules ”for checking the accuracy of the information in signature sheets, as well as in the documents submitted by candidates, political parties and political party blocs”
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. Rules “for checking the accuracy of the information in documents submitted during the candidate nomination and registration, as well as in signature sheets by election commissions” shall be approved.
2. Rules ”for checking the accuracy of the information in signature sheets, as well as in the documents submitted by candidates, political parties and political party blocs”, approved by Decision # 17/107 adopted by Central Election Commission, dated on September 2, 2004 shall be considered invalid.
