DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of Regulation “on the Working Group established by the relevant Constituency Election Commission in order to check the accuracy of the information in election documents submitted to Constituency Election Commission for the registration of candidates to municipality membership and in signature sheets”
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
Regulation “on the Working Group established by the relevant Constituency Election Commission in order to check the accuracy of the information in election documents submitted to Constituency Election Commission for the registration of candidates to municipality membership and in signature sheets” shall be approved.
