DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the approval of Instruction “on the rules for the collection of voter signatures in support of the candidate to municipality membership and submission of the documents to be attached to signature sheets to the Constituency Election Commission in Municipal Elections” and consideration of “Final Protocol on the collection of voter signatures” invalid
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. Instruction “on the rules for the collection of voter signatures in support of the candidate to municipality membership and submission of the documents to be attached to signature sheets to the Constituency Election Commission in Municipal Elections” shall be approved.
2. the sample of “Final Protocol on the collection of voter signatures”, approved by CEC decision # 15/92, dated on August 25, 2004.
