DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the approval of Instruction “on the rules for candidate nomination by political parties and political party blocs in Municipal Elections” and consideration of the decision by Central Election Commission invalid
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
1. Instruction “on the rules for candidate nomination by political parties and political party blocs in Municipal Elections” shall be approved.
2. Decision # 15/91 adopted by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated on August 25, 2004 shall be considered invalid.
