DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the approval of Instruction “on the rules for the establishment of voters initiative groups and nomination of candidates by their own initiatives or by voters initiative groups in Municipal Elections”
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3, 28.2 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
Instruction “on the rules for the establishment of voters initiative groups and nomination of candidates by their own initiatives or by voters initiative groups in Municipal Elections” shall be approved.
