DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

 on the refusal from the approval of the nomination of Alimukhtar Dadash oghlu Akbarov on Zagatala Con.EC # 110 in repeat elections to the third call Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on May 13, 2006

Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 26.2, 28.4, 53.6 and 148.2 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
The approval of the nomination of Alimukhtar Dadash oghlu Akbarov on Zagatala Con.EC # 110 in repeat elections to the third call Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on May 13, 2006, shall be refused.

Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 26.2, 28.4, 53.6 and 148.2 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
The approval of the nomination of Alimukhtar Dadash oghlu Akbarov on Zagatala Con.EC # 110 in repeat elections to the third call Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on May 13, 2006, shall be refused.
