DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the submission of the protocol on general electoral results compiled by Central Election Commisson
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 108.2, 108.3 and 171.1-171.2 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
The protocol on general electoral results by CEC and Con.EC protocols shall be submitted to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan together with the documents attached to them for checking and approving election results in regard with repeat elections to the third call Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held on May 13, 2006.
