DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the consideration of the protocols on voting results in the precincts of the following Constituency Election Commissions
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.2.22, 28.2, 28.4, 100.12 and 170.2.2 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Comment “on the rules for counting of votes in election precinct and completing PEC final protocols on voting results in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
As the protocols on the results in PEC # 3 of Gadabay Con.EC # 103, PEC # 14 of Zagatala Con.E # 110, PECs # 10 and 37 of Aghdam village Con.EC # 119 were not compiled pursuant to legal requirements and the committed law violations prevented voters to determine their will, as well, the voting results on these precincts shall be considered invalid related to repeat elections to the third call Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held on May 13, 2006.
