DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on sending the following appeals to relevant Constituency Election Commissions
As CEC defined that the investigation of the appeals is within the competence of the relevant Con.ECs pursuant to legal requirements, by considering the appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Yegana Saftar gizi Amiraslanova, registered candidate on Gadabay Con.EC # 103 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and by others; the appeals (dated on May 15, May 17, May 19) submitted by Chingiz Ashrali oghlu Ganizade, registered candidate on Binagadi second Con.EC # 9 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and submitted by citizens Hijran Jahangir gizi Mehdiyeva and Nigar Almangizi and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Yegana Saftar gizi Amiraslanova and others shall be sent to Gadabay Con.EC # 103 and the appeals by Chingiz Ashrali oghlu Ganizade, Hijran Jahangir gizi Mehdiyeva and Nigar Almangizi shall be sent to Binagadi second Con.EC # 9 on determination for the consideration according to the rule and time defined by law.
