DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on sending the appeals by Murshud Asad oghlu Mammadli to Nizami second (Ganja) Con.EC # 38

As CEC defined that the appeal is within the competence of the relevant Con.EC at the result of investigation, by considering the appeals dated on May 12, 2006 and May 15, 2006, submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Murshud Asad oghlu Mammadli, registered candidate on Nizami second (Ganja) Con.EC # 38 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Murshud Asad oghlu Mammadli shall be sent to Nizami second (Ganja) Con.EC # 38 on determination for the consideration according to the rule and time defined by law.
