DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on sending  Act by precinct # 15 of Surakhani second Con.EC # 31 to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan

As the action of crime is assumed to have been committed in the Act, by considering the Act submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by precinct # 15 of Surakhani second Con.EC # 31 and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4, 112.4 and 112.9 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The Act submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by precinct # 15 of Surakhani second Con.EC # 31 shall be sent to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan on determination for investigation.
