DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on sending the appeal by Shamil Rza oghlu Hashimov to Sumgayit-Absheron Con.EC # 44
As CEC defined that the investigation of the appeal is within the competence of the relevant Con.EC, by considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Shamil Rza oghlu Hashimov, registered candidate on Sumgayit-Absheron Con.EC # 44 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Shamil Rza oghlu Hashimov shall be sent to Sumgayit-Absheron Con.EC # 44 on determination according to the rule and time defined by law.
