DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on sending Act by precinct # 1 of Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 to Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42
As CEC defined that the investigation of the Act is within the competence of the relevant Con.EC at the result of the taken activities, by considering the Act on illegal actions of the member of the Precinct Election Commission with consultative right which had been submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by precinct # 1 of Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The Act submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by precinct # 1 of Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 shall be sent to Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 on determination according to the rule and time defined by law.
