DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on sending the appeal by Chingiz Soltan oghlu Ali to Binagadi second Con.EC # 9
As CEC defined that the investigation of the appeal is within the competence of relevant Con.ECs, by considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Chingiz Soltan oghlu Ali, authorized representative of Ehtiram Soltan oghlu Ali, registered candidate on Binagadi second Con.EC # 9 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Chingiz Soltan oghlu Ali shall be sent to Binagadi second Con.EC # 9 on determination according to the rule and time defined by law.
